Lexi (she/her) is a registered psychologist with broad experience in community and correctional settings. She works with individuals across the lifespan, providing a client-centred approach to address a wide range of psychological concerns. Lexi welcomes clients aged 10 and above and specialises in anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, personality complexities, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment, Lexi is LGBTIQ+ friendly and welcomes clients under the NDIS. She is passionate about empowering individuals to build meaningful and fulfilling lives. Lexi employs evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client.
Her professional interests include exploring the intricate connection between physical and mental health, focusing on how lifestyle factors influence emotional well-being, and helping clients develop greater self-awareness while adopting practices that promote relaxation, resilience, and overall balance. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys gardening, painting, and staying active with her animals, appreciating these activities to relax and support her overall well-being.

Bianca (she/her) began working as a psychologist in 2017. Bianca is passionate about empowering clients to make changes and live a fulfilling life. Bianca has a caring and positive approach to therapy with her clients and endeavours to create a warm and non-judgemental space, so clients can feel safe to be open and honest.
Bianca believes in creating valued and meaningful goals in an individualised manner. Bianca utilises a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Therapy and attachment frameworks. Bianca tailors her treatment plan to suit each client. Bianca has experience working with individuals across the lifespan.

JAIMIE STACKPOOLE

Jaimie (they/them) is a queer, trans, and neurodivergent provisional psychologist who completed their Master of Professional Psychology at Griffith University in 2024. They completed their Bachelor and Honours degree at Queensland University of Technology where they authored their thesis on Post Sexual Experiences in the LGBTQIAP+ community.
Jaimie has experience working with a variety of individuals, including people who are autistic, ADHD, and part of the LGBTQIAP+ community. They also have experience working with children, teens, and young adults.
Jaimie is passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice and likes to take an individualized approach to therapy. They have undertaken professional development and has knowledge within different therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Jaimie has also received training in psychological assessments.

BINA SHAH

Bina is a registered counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients. She believes in the inherent ability of each individual to heal and grow, adapting her approach to suit the unique experiences and strengths of those she works with. Bina integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including person-centred, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, somatic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, to help clients increase self-awareness and build deeper connections with their emotions and bodies.
Trained in couples counselling through the Gottman method, Bina helps couples strengthen their relationships by fostering effective communication and healthy conflict resolution skills. She is committed to her professional growth, ensuring that she provides the highest standard of care to her clients.
Originally from Nepal, Bina finds joy and inspiration in painting and dancing, which allow her to explore her creativity and stay connected to her inner self.
